    About the Chef

Anthony Graziano, a Culinary Institute of America alum, has been in the industry for 30 years and has owned four restaurants in his career. Anthony’s culinary expertise was cultivated through years of cooking and training under the apprenticeship of notable chefs like Chef Waldy Malouf in New York City and Chef Leonardo Amuroso in Italy. As a seasoned chef, Anthony not only worked from coast to coast including California and New Jersey but also persevered through the challenges any restaurant owners face. But his devotion to cooking and his love of the kitchen have transpired in him a newfound passion — bringing fine dining and home cooking to everyone’s home. He has prepared a “Take Out” menu consisting of savory specialties from his roots in the Region of Puglia, Italy. At Grazi’s Kitchen, everyone can enjoy freshly made, home-cooked meals in the comfort of their own home.
